Your missions – Management and performance

Supervise and organize the daily work of the workshop, distribute tasks according to priorities and skills

Manage and motivate the team, promote skills development and strengthen cohesion

Guarantee compliance with deadlines, production standards and quality of parts

Monitor operations and propose solutions to optimize processes and reduce scrap

Actively participate in continuous improvement projects (Lean, 5S, Kaizen)

Ensure the safety of employees and the proper functioning of equipment
Your profile – What we are looking for

Basic technical training (CFC mechanics, micromechanics or equivalent)

Proven experience in a similar role and in team management in an industrial environment

Mastery of production monitoring tools and performance indicators

Leadership, rigor and analytical mind

Ability to manage priorities and unite a team

Fluent French
