Job profile
In this responsible position, you will take on the independent management and organization of diverse construction projects in structural or civil engineering. You always keep an overview and contribute significantly to the success of the project. Your tasks include:

The holistic planning, coordination and monitoring of construction projects - from AVOR to billing.

Responsibility for cost control, deadline reliability and quality assurance throughout the entire construction phase.

The creation of foreign exchange, offers, reports and subsequent calculations in order to manage the projects economically.

Close cooperation with builders, architects, authorities and subcontractors to ensure smooth processing.
-
The leadership, motivation and coordination of the construction site team so that everyone involved works together efficiently and goal-oriented.

You also ensure consistent compliance with all legal regulations, standards and safety guidelines.
Your profile
In order for you to be successful in this role, you have the following qualifications:

Completed training as a dipl. Construction manager SBA or equivalent further training in construction.

Several years of professional experience as a construction manager in structural or civil engineering in Switzerland - ideally with self-managed projects.

An entrepreneurial mindset, combined with a high level of personal responsibility and a structured way of working.

Confident use of common construction software (such as Messerli or Sorba) as well as MS Office programs.
-
Very good knowledge of spoken and written German; Knowledge of French is an advantage and makes communication easier.

Last but not least, you have a category B driving license so that you can travel flexibly on construction sites.
